Michael Fallon has taught Creative Writing at the University of Maryland, Baltimore County, for the last 16 years and was an editor of Puerto del Sol and the founding editor of The Maryland Poetry Review. His poems have appeared recently in the and Maryland Millennial Anthology and in The Potomac Review and The Maryland Poetry Review. A winner of a Maryland State Arts Council Fellowship for Poetry in 1988, his first book of poems, A History of the Color Black, was published by Dolphin-Moon Press in 1991. He has just completed a second book of poems, House of Forgotten Names.
